UIBE Law School was founded in 1984 and is now listed among the "Project 211" programs of UIBE. In 2002, International Law Program became one of the national key programs, and in June of the next year the International Law postdoctoral program was established under authorization of the Ministry of Education.
UIBE is among the first universities to establish Law of International Economics Program, and is authorized to award bachelor, master and doctor degrees of law. Dean Shen Sibao is the member of the Law Study Evaluation Board of the State Department and PH.D Instructor.
